At present, we are exclusively providing shipping services within the United States, and unfortunately, we do not offer a choice of courier. Our aim is to offer you the finest shipping options available.

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to the following regions:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
Kindly note that deliveries to PO BOX addresses, military bases, or protected areas are not feasible. We appreciate your understanding.
Please be advised that due to the impact of Covid-19, there may be delays in delivery.
Returns Policy (if applicable):
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of product delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Prior to shipping the return package, please contact our customer service at service@keenpower.com to ensure it is sent to the correct address.
Direct returns to the delivery location without prior communication with customer service will not be accepted or refunded.

Additional Notes:
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.
- If the return is initiated by the consumer, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the consumer. The specific fee will depend on the chosen courier service.
- In cases where goods are received damaged or incorrect due to our error, consumers will not be required to cover the shipping fee for return. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for product returns.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within 1-8 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, please first review your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for refunds to be posted officially. If necessary, contact your bank. Refunds may require processing time before they are reflected in your account. If after completing these steps you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at service@keenpower.com.
